Who We Are

Born as a group of friends hosting a yearly rally that still exists to this day, Twist n Play is steeped through and through in the spirit of scooter rally culture. Obsessed with riding, obsessed with bikes (although ours are often far from the shiniest you’ve ever seen), and above all obsessed with our friends, we can be found riding around Portland at least twice a week, and out of town at least a few times a year for other rallies.

Twist n Play believes scooters (and mopeds, and motorcycles) are for everyone, but if you want to see if we’re for you, you have to come hang out!
